We’re looking for a Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team.
This role is ideal for someone who combines strong outbound and inbound sales experience with hands-on CRM and automation skills.
You’ll play a key role in driving pipeline growth, managing qualified leads (MQLs), and supporting marketing and sales operations as we scale.
This is a remote role with travel opportunities.
Objectives Pipeline Growth : Proactively identify, qualify, and nurture leads from inbound and outbound campaigns to create consistent sales opportunities for the Account Executive and Leadership teams.
CRM & Automation Management : Maintain, organize, and optimize the Pipedrive CRM to ensure lead accuracy, tagging consistency, and data integrity.
Manage nurturing workflows through Brevo and other automation tools to improve conversion rates.
Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with Marketing and Growth to align messaging, campaigns, and reporting.
Provide feedback on lead quality and campaign performance.
