2)relevant experience in Customer service / customer support with BPO / Telecom / Insurance sector

4)Ensure customers- queries / escalations are managed with high accuracy / relevance within the agreed SLA / TAT.

5)Calling the customer to collect data

7)Coordinating with the outsourced vendor for inbound / outbound calling activities.
