Responsibilities :
- Identify and engage with companies for partnership and hiring opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with HRs, recruiters, and hiring managers.
- Understand company hiring needs and align them with suitable candidates.
- Coordinate interviews and placement processes between companies and candidates.
- Document interactions and maintain records in CRM and Google Sheets.
- Follow up with companies to ensure a smooth hiring process.
- Represent the organization professionally in all interactions.
Skills Required :
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.Fluency in English (both written and spoken).Experience with Google Docs / Sheets.Previous experience in Corporate Relations, B2B Sales, or Recruitment is a plus.Ability to manage multiple client conversations and follow-ups.Skills Required
