Job description
  • Lead strategic financial planning aligned with organizational goals in the hospitality sector
  • Drive revenue growth while managing operational costs across hotel and catering operations
  • Monitor key hospitality financial KPIs and performance metrics
  • Oversee cash flow planning, financial forecasting, and budgeting
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory financial requirements
  • Manage contracts, vendor negotiations, and financial terms
  • Oversee asset management and internal financial controls
  • Liaise with investors and stakeholders to maintain financial transparency and confidence
  • Identify and mitigate financial and operational risks
  • Utilize ERP / PMS systems for accurate reporting and financial management
  • Leverage analytics for strategic decision-making and operational improvement
  • Provide leadership to finance teams and contribute to executive decision-making
