BI Solutions Architect

About the Role

We're looking for a hands-on Power BI expert who can translate messy business requirements from food and beverage companies into clean, reliable dashboards. Someone who understands data modelling deeply, builds with speed and discipline, and doesn't get overwhelmed when deadlines are tight.

This is not a "drag-and-drop" BI role. You will work on real operational problems — supply chain, quality, procurement, production planning, sales intelligence — across global F&B brands. You will own the end-to-end BI lifecycle : requirements → data modelling → DAX → visuals → deployment → training.

What You'll Do

1. Dashboard & Report Development

• Build production-grade Power BI dashboards (DAX-heavy, not template-heavy).
• Convert raw datasets into clean, scalable semantic models.
• Use best practices around measures, performance optimisation, and clean design.
• Create drill-downs, what-if scenarios, RLS setups, and role-based views.
