Responsibilities :
Formulate and implement growth strategies to penetrate target markets ,
Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and channels for scaling mental health product / services.
Drive the end-to-end sales process, including prospecting, lead generation, pitching, negotiation, and closing deals.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and partners and understand their needs, challenges, and pain points, and provide tailored solutions to address them effectively.
Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments in the mental health space through market research and analysis
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product / service development, marketing, and operations
Develop accurate revenue forecasts and sales projections and Track and analyze sales performance metrics, and provide regular reports and updates to senior management.
Represent the company as a thought leader in the mental health domain at industry conferences, seminars, and networking events
Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards governing sales and BD
activities in the mental health sector.
