As an Engineering Manager, you will lead and mentor engineering teams, drive technical excellence, and ensure the successful delivery of scalable, enterprise-grade software solutions. You will collaborate across functions to align engineering efforts with business goals while fostering a culture of innovation, ownership, and continuous improvement.

Tasks :

Lead, manage, and mentor engineering teams, fostering a high-performing and collaborative team culture

Empower teams to deliver robust, scalable, and customer-centric software aligned with business needs

Oversee project execution, ensuring technical excellence, code quality, and timely delivery

Support engineers growth through coaching, feedback, and career development planning

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, DevOps, QA) to deliver impactful features

Drive best practices in software engineering, architecture, and system design

Promote modern development practices including Agile, CI / CD, and DevOps

Identify and resolve technical and organizational challenges to maintain a productive environment

Professional Requirements and Expertise :

9+ years of experience in software engineering, including 5+ years in engineering management and team leadership

Strong background and hands-on experience in software architecture, system design, and software development

Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams through the full software development life cycle

Knowledge of security, compliance, and performance for enterprise-grade software

Knowledge of relevant fields of AI, e.g. Machine Learning

Familiarity with languages and frontend technologies like TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, React, Next.js, Vue.js, Angular

Experience with languages and backend frameworks such as Java, Python, Spring Boot, Express.js, Next.js, Django, Flask, gRPC, GraphQL

Domain experience in logistics & supply chain
