Responsibilities :

We are looking for a ServiceNow Solution Architect to build software using languages and technologies of the ServiceNow. You will create applications from scratch, configure existing systems and provide user support. In this role, you should be able to write functional code with a sharp eye for spotting defects. You should be a team player and excellent communicator. Your goal will be to work with internal teams to design, develop and maintain software.

Total Years of Technical Experience : 10+

Position Specific Experience : 3+

Mentorship / Leads by Example Experience : 4-5

Project / Client Engagement / Customer Facing Experience : 5+

Job Description :

Should be strong functional and technical with all core modules of ServiceNow.

7 years ServiceNow specific experience

In depth understanding of technical architecture of ServiceNow

Table level expertise to carryout impact analysis for incorporating changes to existing functionalities.

Sound hands-on experience and knowledge on ServiceNow integrations

Hands-on experience in CMS (ServiceNow portal) and Service portal technologies

Custom app development experience

Best practices in ServiceNow development activities / coding

Must have played a customer facing role with deep involvement in technical discussions.

Should have experience guiding smaller teams on complex development and troubleshooting issues.

Good communication skills

Leading and managing a team, helping to mentor them.
