ACL Digital is looking for a motivated and skilled Technical Customer Support professional to join our team in Bangalore.

If you have strong communication skills, technical aptitude, and are ready to work in dynamic shift timings — we’d love to meet you!

Position : Technical Customer Support

Experience : 1–2 Years

Location : Bangalore (On-site)

Interview Mode : Face-to-Face

Notice Period : Immediate Joiners Only(Apply only if your available in Bangalore)

Shift Timings : Includes night shifts (2 AM – 11 AM, 4 AM, 3 PM)

Key Requirements :

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of Excel and hardware troubleshooting.
• Ability to handle customer queries effectively and provide timely solutions.
• Willingness to work in rotational and night shifts.
