Job Title : PEGA Support Engineer

Job Type : Full-time

Location : Pune and Gurugram

Work regime : Hybrid (2 days / week on-site)

Role Purpose :

Provide advanced technical support for Pega applications, ensuring system stability, efficient incident resolution, and continuous improvement of application performance.

Key Responsibilities :

• Deliver L2 / L3 support for Pega-based systems, including :
• Code investigation and defect resolution.
• Source code management and version control.
• Incident handling and service request fulfilment.
• System restoration and recovery after failures.
• Perform end-to-end troubleshooting, including scripting, monitoring setup, and implementing workarounds.
• Create and maintain SOPs / runbooks for operational efficiency.
• Configure tools and manage infrastructure for smooth application functioning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues and ensure adherence to best practices.
