Lead– Compliance Platform Strategy

Description

As a Platform Product Manager for Compliance you will act as a conduit between Business and Software Engineering teams (including architects and application / product delivery leads) to shape and build the compliance platform that will provide Ford with a competitive edge for the future.

Responsibilities :

• Strategize / Design a functional model of scalable Compliance Digital Platform that can best suit emerging compliance business needs.
• Work with product / architecture teams to establish technical requirements (Data / functionality / Integration) for Compliance platform and coordinate for implementation.
• Work collaboratively with the product development team to create implement and maintain suitable strategies for platform growth and optimal usage including identification of gaps measurement of business value and planning of investments.
• Liaise with cross-functional teams as an enabler for build teams to successfully deliver platform services or projects.
• Responsible for driving the vision strategy and roadmap of products for Regulatory Compliance Management product line.
• Responsible for Delivery of platforms through product steering and prioritization of demand following the process.
• Articulate progress roadblocks dependencies via metrics / milestones / approach / future roadmaps.
• Develop peoples pipeline for sustenance of Platform capabilities.
