As a Field Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expanding our customer base. Your responsibilities will include :

  • Engaging with potential customers and building relationships to promote our products / services.
  • Conducting face-to-face meetings and product presentations to potential clients.
  • Understanding customer needs and recommending suitable solutions.
  • Meeting or exceeding sales targets and contributing to revenue growth.
  • Providing excellent customer service and addressing inquiries and concerns.
  • Collaborating with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market developments.
  • Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

Qualifications and Skills :

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or field sales is required.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Persuasive and negotiation skills to close deals effectively.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and driven to succeed.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
