Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support our logistics operations.
The Logistics Operations Coordinator will be responsible for managing invoices, purchase orders, freight costs, and data entry in ERP systems.
Key Responsibilities :
- Monitor and action Invoices across both DC administrative mailboxes.
- Raise and receipt requisitions related to logistics movements.
- Monitor freight costs and raise discrepancies for investigation.
- Accurate data entry including purchase orders, delivery dockets, and consignment details into logistics tracker.
Requirements :
Work independently with minimal supervision, excellent communication skills, and availability to work within Australian business hours.
