Job descriptionBE / B Tech / Degree in Math Team handling experience is mandatory Work experience (5-6 years) Strong problem solving ability is a must for this role Proficiency with Advanced Excel and Advanced SQL (Optional : R). Advanced SQL writing skills on large databases Ability to identify right metrics to track, expert at data visualization and presentation Excellent critical thinking skills backed by clear verbal and written communication Excellent written and verbal communication skills
As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with Product, Sales and Finance to improve operations health.
- Develop metrics and reports that can be used to drive data driven decisions.
- Define operations problems and identify right metrics, lead and lag indicators and provide actionable insights.
- Participate in planning discussions & make recommendations for new metrics, techniques, and strategies to drive desired business outcomes.
- Enable effective decision making by retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources and compiling it into digestible and actionable format
