Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Expert located in New Delhi. The Talent Acquisition Expert will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, which includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates. They will also work on employer branding initiatives to attract top talent. Day-to-day tasks will involve developing and implementing effective recruiting strategies, managing recruitment campaigns, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The role requires close collaboration with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and expectations.

Qualifications

• Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting skills
• Experience in Interviewing and Hiring
• Skills in Employer Branding
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in recruitment consultancy is a plus
