About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead and expand our dental products sales team. The ideal candidate will have experience in direct-to-dentist sales , a proven track record of meeting targets, and the ability to build strong relationships with dental professionals and partners.
This role involves strategic sales planning, team leadership, and market expansion to drive revenue growth in multiple regions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve regional and national targets.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to drive performance and growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with dentists, clinics, and key accounts .
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and sales channels .
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform sales strategy.
Provide training and support to dealer sales teams for product knowledge and selling techniques.

Requirements
Required Qualifications Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Experience : 1–3 years in Customer Service, Sales, or Account Management.
