Job description

Omshri Labs Pvt Ltd, a fast-growing API and chemical intermediate company, is looking for an R&D Head / Senior Process Chemist to lead product and process development. We supply custom manufacturing services from our facility in Kota, Rajasthan.

R&D Head

Role Summary :

  • Lead product and process development for 3–5 new API intermediates annually.
  • Improve quality and yield of existing products.
  • Oversee lab and pilot-scale synthesis, documentation, and tech transfer.
  • Interface with CRO partners and manufacturing teams.

Profile We Seek :

  • M.Sc. or Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry.
  • 10–20 years of experience in API or intermediate R&D (especially in process or scale-up development).
  • Hands-on approach with exposure to pilot plant & production environments.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and desire for ownership.
