Delivery Leader Banking - DH / DM (Quality Assurance – Information Technology)

Role Overview : The Delivery Leader will be responsible for driving end-to-end delivery of large, complex programs for BFSI clients, ensuring excellence across quality, cost, and timelines. This role involves strategic account management, client engagement, and governance, with direct accountability for profitability, customer success, and people growth.The leader will work closely with sales, finance, RMG, talent acquisition, and delivery teams to enable seamless execution, while also contributing to pre-sales, proposals, and new solution offerings. A key focus will be on adopting automation-first strategies, building intellectual property, and delivering measurable business value for clients.

This role demands a seasoned professional with deep BFSI domain expertise, proven experience in Agile / DevOps-driven projects, and the ability to influence at CXO levels, while mentoring teams and shaping QualityKiosk’s strategic delivery vision.

Key Responsibilities & DeliverablesLead and kickstart new programs and projects across existing and new clients.Manage key accounts by closely coordinating with Test Managers, Test Leads, and client stakeholders.Handle client escalations, people issues, and project requirements with maturity and resolution focus.Deeply understand client ecosystems, including IT budgets, ongoing and upcoming initiatives.Partner with QK Account Sales Team on new logos, solution offerings, and business growth opportunities.Contribute to marketing, thought leadership, and white papers to showcase QK’s expertise.Collaborate with Finance on billing, invoicing, and revenue realization.Drive resource planning by coordinating with RMG, Talent Acquisition, and delivery teams.Monitor and improve gross margin and revenue leakages.Ensure project governance & risk management covering effort, time, cost, and scope.Track project scope deviations and CRs with client stakeholders.Conduct skip-level meetings with Team Leads and engineers to ensure delivery alignment.Lead new project estimations, proposals, and bids in partnership with pre-sales and account teams.Influence strategic and policy development within the organization and implement at scale.Allocate accountability across teams, drive career development, and provide technology guidance.Offer advanced expertise across delivery units, make tactical decisions that impact business development, and advise senior management on specialized testing / delivery issues.Support new business propositions with bid / account management teams.Create, promote, and expand Intellectual Property (IPs) for client engagements.Grow strategic accounts from their current scale while ensuring customer satisfaction and success.

Required Experience15+ years of IT industry experience, preferably in a service-based IT environment.At least 10 years of proven leadership in strategic project / program management, managing large service delivery teams, and driving profitability, customer success, and people growth.Strong track record in Agile, DevOps, digitization, and automation-led programs.Deep BFSI domain expertise (experience with Indian BFSI clients preferred).Demonstrates delivery excellence and ability to balance cost, quality, and business value.Hands-on involvement with pre-sales, new logos, solution proposals, and efficiency programs.P&L ownership including revenue targets and gross margin accountability.Proven success in delivering ROI and Business Value Realization (BVR) on automation solutions.Strong exposure to test automation solutioning and implementation.

Professional QualificationsB.Sc. / B.Tech / B.E. / MCA / MBA.1–2 globally recognized certifications (e.g., PMP, SAFe Agile, ITIL, etc.).Consistent academic record with minimum 60% across all levels.
