About IntelliThink :

IntelliThink provides IoT-driven predictive and prescriptive maintenance solutions for industrial rotating equipment. We work with leading companies in steel, cement, power, oil & gas, and manufacturing to drive operational excellence.

Role Overview :

We are looking for a Finance & Accounts Executive to handle day-to-day accounting, inventory management, tax compliance, and financial reporting . This is a hands-on role that involves actively managing financial transactions and ensuring compliance with accounting and taxation norms.

Key Responsibilities :

Accounting & Financial Transactions :

  • Perform day-to-day accounting tasks, including entries for purchases, sales, expenses, and payments.
  • Process accounts payable and receivable , ensure timely payments and collections.
  • Conduct bank reconciliations, petty cash management , and maintain general ledger records.
  • Assist in monthly and year-end closing activities .

Inventory & Cost Management :

  • Maintain accurate inventory records and reconcile stock data with financial records.
  • Assist in cost accounting and track material usage and wastage.

    • Taxation & Compliance :

  • Prepare and file GST, TDS, and other tax returns .
  • Assist in statutory compliance and liaise with auditors and tax consultants.
  • Ensure adherence to accounting standards and regulatory requirements .

    • Financial Reporting & Support :

  • Assist in preparing MIS reports, cash flow statements, and financial summaries .
  • Help in budgeting and cost control activities.
  • Support the finance team with audit documentation and queries .

    • Qualifications & Skills Required :

  • CA (Fresher) or Semi-Qualified CA / B.Com / M.Com with 1-3 years of experience in accounting and finance.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and tax compliance .
  • Hands-on experience with Tally, Zoho Books, or other accounting software .
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.) .
