Job description5-7 years of functional experience in PeopleSoft HCM roles. Expertise in Payroll Interfaces, Base Benefits, and Time & Labor modules. Proficiency in SQL for querying and troubleshooting. Strong understanding of integration with third-party systems like ADP, Ceridian, Workday, and Kronos. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Familiarity with HRIS systems and knowledge of other HCM solutions such as SAP HCM or Oracle HCM. Experience with system upgrades and knowledge of PeopleSoft version 9.x or higher. Understanding of global payroll requirements and compliance regulations.
Experience : 5+ Years.
Work location : Hyderabad / Bangalore / Pune / Chennai / Kolkata (Hybrid).
