Pepper (https : / / www.pepper.inc / ) is building a global content marketplace that brings companies and content creators together to scale up content creation processes across 75+ content verticals and 150+ content categories. Over the past 5 years, over 100,000+ freelance content creators have applied to be part of the Pepper network of which we work with the top 5% of talent, and on the other end - we work with over 2500+ customers like Amazon, Adobe, Google, HDFC Bank, Adani, and the majority of the startup ecosystem.

We are looking for a strategic thinker who can translate business objectives into sharp creative strategies and campaign narratives. This role sits at the intersection of brand strategy, cultural insight, and creative direction — with end-to-end ownership from hero idea to hygiene rollout.

Note- This is an on-site role (Remote and Hybrid applications will not be processed)

Key Responsibilities :

  • Campaign Strategy & Conceptualization : Develop and define campaign strategy rooted in audience insight, business goals, platform behavior, and brand context.
  • Brand Positioning : Establish and refine brand messaging, tone of voice, and communication frameworks that stay consistent across platforms.
  • Creative Direction : Brainstorm and translate strategy into hero campaign ideas and scalable content ecosystems (Hero → Hub → Hygiene) across all key touchpoints.
  • Pitch Leadership : Build and present clear, persuasive pitch narratives from insight to idea to execution. Create visually stunning and persuasive pitch decks to present campiagn ideas and strategies
  • Client Collaboration : Collaborate with clients to understand their brand identity, objectives, and feedback, ensuring all creative deliverables exceed expectations.
  • Market Research : Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and audience insights to inform campaign development.

Qualifications :

  • Minimum 3+ years in an advertising agency, focusing on campaign conceptualization and execution
  • Proven ability to develop innovative campaign ideas and strategies
  • Strong skills in creative ideation and scriptwriting
  • Experience in creating persuasive pitch decks for clients and stakeholders
  • Solid understanding of brand positioning and strategy refinement
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and successful campaign execution
  • Ability to conduct market research on industry trends and audience insights
  • Strong analytical skills for assessing campaign performance
  • Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and changing client needs
