Role Overview

We're looking for a highly organized and execution-driven E-Commerce Operations Executive to manage day-to-day online operations for XPPen India. This role will involve close coordination with external agencies handling Amazon, Flipkart, SEO, and website management , ensuring that every product listing and campaign runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations with partner agencies for Amazon, Flipkart, and SEO .
• Create and maintain product listings across all platforms — ensuring accuracy in titles, images, keywords, pricing, and specifications.
• Develop and upload A+ content (enhanced brand pages, visuals, comparison charts, banners) in coordination with design and content teams.
• Work with SEO agency to execute on-page and product-level optimization strategies.
• Track marketplace analytics — including sales trends, rankings, keyword performance, and reviews — and prepare actionable reports.
• Ensure pricing, inventory, and product availability are accurate across all channels.
• Support new product launches, sale campaigns, and promotional initiatives.
• Maintain consistent product data and brand representation across all e-commerce touchpoints.
