Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Marketing Head to lead our overall marketing, branding, and communication initiatives. This role requires a forward-thinking leader with strong experience in brand building, digital strategy, market positioning, and team leadership. The ideal candidate should be able to drive growth, enhance brand visibility, and execute high-impact marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end marketing strategies to strengthen brand presence and drive business growth.
- Lead brand positioning, communication planning, and identity management across all channels.
- Oversee digital marketing , including performance marketing, SEO / SEM, social media, content, and online reputation.
- Plan and manage marketing budgets , ensuring optimal ROI across campaigns.
- Lead market research, competitor analysis, and consumer insights to guide product and market decisions.
- Collaborate closely with sales, product, and senior leadership for integrated growth strategies.
- Manage agency partners for creative, digital, PR, events, and media planning.
- Drive campaigns, product launches, events, and brand activations .
- Build and mentor a strong marketing team focused on creativity, innovation, and data-driven execution.
- Ensure consistent and high-quality brand messaging across all platforms.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or related field.10+ years of progressive experience in marketing, branding, or digital strategy (industry-specific experience preferred).Proven track record of leading successful marketing strategies and brand initiatives.Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, analytics, and marketing automation .Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and convert insights into actions.Preferred Attributes
