Role Overview :
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Program Manager / Sr. Program Manager (Client Engagement & Process Mapping) with minimum 3 / 4 years of experience in managing software implementations to join our Project Management team in Gurugram, Haryana.
Responsibilities :
Client Scope & Requirements Management :
- Collaborate with clients to define, document, and manage project scope and requirements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring alignment between client expectations and project deliverables.
- Maintain a list of project artifacts to manage the project.
End-to-End Project & Program Management :
Lead the project lifecycle, managing timelines, budgets, and quality standards.Establish and monitor deliverables, milestones, and resource allocations to ensure on-time, on-budget project completion.Business Process Mapping & Documentation :
Analyze business processes and develop system architecture diagrams and information flows with swim lanes and system mappings.Define KPIs, personas, and work with Product Analysts on data architecture.Gather necessary API documentation, facilitate client sign-offs, and create detailed approach notes for team alignment.Collaborate with business and product teams to translate requirements into UI / UX features.Task & Issue Management :
Prioritize and manage tasks for builds, enhancements, and issue resolutions.Oversee testing processes, conduct root cause analyses (RCA), and maintain a ticketing system to track and close issues effectively.Reporting & Cadence Management :
Break down tasks for all business processes, assign owners, and set accurate ETAs.Prepare and distribute daily / weekly MIS reports on project status.Lead structured cadence reviews with clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring thorough follow-ups and Meeting Minutes (MoM) documentation.Requirements :
Proven experience in program / project management, business process mapping, and client engagement.Strong analytical skills and proficiency with project management and issue-tracking tools.Effective communicator with a proactive, solution-focused approach to problem-solving.Familiarity with API documentation, data architecture, and system design.Ability to manage deliverables in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Minimum 3 / 4 years of experience in Tech start up / Consulting.Education : Engineering + MBA ( Tier 1 College)Location : Gurugram, Haryana, IndiaPreferences :
