What You’ll Build

• The React Native mobile app (from scratch → launch)
• Responsive, high-performance web experience (React or similar)
• Design-system, UI architecture & reusable components
• Reward flows, dashboards, gamified journeys, micro-interactions
• Smooth onboarding, retention hooks & frictionless navigation
• Collaboration with backend on API structures, UX logic & data mapping
• Pixel-perfect UI without compromising performance or scalability

Engagement

Phase 1 (Core Team- Part-Time, Until we hit ₹1 Cr or raise funding) :

Equity up to 3% + revenue share up to 3% (No Salary)

Phase 2 (Full Time) :

Additional Equity up to 3% + Fixed Salary
