Senior Spa Therapist

L.M Spa at The Mansion Hotel is currently seeking a Senior Spa Therapist to join our guest focused team.

About The Role :

• An amazing and rare opportunity for an experienced, passionate and professional Spa Therapist to join our team.
• Your main responsibilities will be performing massage, facials, body treatments, manicures, pedicures and waxing.
• Deliver the ultimate spa experience to maintain a high level of guest satisfaction.
• Maximize up-selling and retailing opportunities for every guest.
• As a Spa Therapist you will have a 'can do' attitude and understand what it takes to achieve the best results and provide an unforgettable experience for your clientele.
• Be an ambassador for the hotel.

About You :

• A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
• Hold a diploma of beauty therapy or Remedial massage
• Strong commitment to quality.
• A confident retailer.
• Excellent grooming and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and pro-actively under pressure.
• Organises time and work efficiently.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• A genuine, happy and optimistic person with a 'can do' attitude.
• A commitment to being the best they can be through continuous improvement and learning.
• Are passionate about the spa, health and well-being industry.
• The ability to work various rostered shifts, including late evenings and weekends.
• Last, but certainly not least, they should be a great person to work with who is reliable, energetic, and wants a career in the Spa Industry.
