Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior MERN Stack Developer based in Pune, with flexibility for some work from home. The Senior MERN Stack Developer will work on end-to-end application development, focusing on the front-end, back-end, and database layers of projects. Responsibilities include designing, developing, testing, and deploying robust and secure web applications. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, maintaining project documentation, and ensuring code quality through reviews and adherence to best practices.

Qualifications

Proficient in full-stack development using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js (MERN stack).

Experience with front-end development, including building user interfaces with React.js and integrating APIs.

Strong back-end development skills, including working with Node.js, Express.js, and implementing RESTful services.

Knowledge of database design and management, particularly with MongoDB.

Familiarity with version control systems like Git, along with CI / CD pipelines.

Strong debugging, problem-solving, and optimization skills for scalable applications.

Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively in hybrid teams.

Additional qualifications such as experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure), familiarity with Agile methodologies, or a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field would be advantageous.
