Roles and Responsibilities

Responsible for the implementation and maintenance of HIS / other business applications at Medanta :

1. User Support and Training

• Providing module training to the users.
• Providing User support (24x7) HRS.
• Problem escalation to internal implementation team and third parties as appropriate.
• Identifying and resolving HIS application issues.
• Generating Reports based on user requirements from front / back end.
• Writing User Manuals

4. HIS Implementation

6. Knowledge Transfer

7. Release Deployment
