Position : Product Marketing Specialist

Experience : 2-5 Yrs

Location :   Delhi (Hybrid, 3 days in-office)

Notice Period : Immediate - 30 Days

Primary Skills :   GTM collateral creation,  Pre-sales / post-sales enablement,  proposal management, pricing,

Key Responsibilities :

  • GTM Strategy & Collateral Creation : Develop and design high-quality GTM materials, including brochures, pitch decks, and case studies to support the sales process and product launches.
  • Sales Enablement : Collaborate with sales teams to create sales tools, enable pre-sales and post-sales activities, and assist in proposal management and pricing strategy.
  • Market Research : Lead market sizing exercises, define Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP), create buyer personas, and perform competitive analysis to inform product positioning.
  • Product Positioning & Messaging : Craft and refine product messaging that resonates with target customers and aligns with business goals.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with product, sales, and customer success teams to align on customer needs, competitive landscape, and product feature requirements.

Key Skills & Experience :

  • 2–5 years of experience in product marketing, GTM strategy, or market research in B2B SaaS / Tech Solutions industries (e.g., fintech, biotech, AI / ML, data analytics).
  • Strong experience in creating GTM collateral such as brochures, pitch decks, and case studies.
  • Solid understanding of pre-sales and post-sales enablement processes, proposal management, and pricing strategy.
  • Experience with market sizing, defining ICP, and developing buyer personas.
  • Expertise in product positioning and messaging to drive customer engagement.
  • Preferred background in biotech, with a focus on SaaS or Tech solutions.
