Job descriptionDesignation : Assistant Marketing Manager Department : Marketing Location : Bangalore (Corporate Office) Reporting to : GM & Head of Marketing Salary : Up to 10.50 LPA Experience Required : Minimum 3+ years in Marketing Priority : Immediate Hiring Plan and implement annual and seasonal marketing campaigns Lead digital marketing - SEO, paid campaigns, social media, and website updates Manage PR initiatives, build media relationships, and execute press strategies Coordinate with vendors and creative partners to enhance visibility ️ Design in-house guest engagement programs and promotions Deliver market insights and campaign performance reports monthly Ensure brand compliance across all platforms and communications Partner with revenue teams to optimize OTA listings and promotional accuracy Education : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Journalism, or related fields Experience : Minimum 3 years in marketing, preferably in hospitality, hotel, F&B sectors Strong communication and coordination Hands-on digital marketing & content planning Strategic thinking and attention to detail Creativity with deadline-oriented execution Competitive salary up to 10.50 LPA Be part of a fast-growing luxury hospitality brand ️ Exposure to marketing for wellness, travel, and lifestyle domains Work in a culture that values innovation, growth, and sustainability

Role Overview
The Assistant Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in executing group-wide and property-level marketing initiatives , covering rooms, spa, F&B, and wellness experiences. The role requires a strategic thinker with strong digital acumen, media handling capabilities, and the ability to align with brand messaging.
