Role Overview :

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to help manage and streamline day-to-day operations across various departments. This role is key to ensuring seamless class execution, customer satisfaction, instructor coordination, and internal process optimization. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and love solving problems, we’d love to meet you!

Key Responsibilities :

• Coordinate daily operations for online classes, including scheduling, attendance, and live session support.
• Monitor and manage student enrollment, class rosters, and CRM updates.
• Track operational KPIs and assist with reporting and performance analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, content, tech) to ensure smooth workflows and continuous improvement.
• Proactively identify and implement operational process improvements.

A properly functioning laptop / desktop with a strong internet connection.

Reliable power backup.

Work Schedule : 6 Days a week.

Available to work 8 hours a day.

Comfortable working in US / UAE time zones.
