Job Description

Intune Lead Job Summary : Were looking for a skilled MDM Engineer to design, implement, and support enterprise mobile and endpoint device strategies using Microsoft Intune and SCCM. You\ 'll be responsible for devicelifecycle management, policy enforcement, software distribution, and compliance monitoring, ensuring secure and streamlined operations across desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.

Key Responsibilities :

• Administer and maintain Microsoft Intune and SCCM infrastructure for endpoint and mobile device management
• Configure device compliance policies, conditional access, and application protection policies in Intune
• Automate software deployments, patching, and OS imaging via SCCM
• Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis for device enrollment, connectivity, and performance issues
• Monitor device health, compliance status, and security configurations across various platforms
• Create and maintain group policies, packaging scripts, and deployment baselines
• Collaborate with security and infrastructure teams to align endpoint policies with company standards
• Document all operational procedures, runbooks, and deployment workflows
