Roles & Responsibilities :
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English lessons in line with the school's curriculum.
- Develop lesson plans and teaching materials to facilitate active learning.
- Foster a classroom environment conducive to learning and promote student participation.
- Assess and evaluate students academic performance through tests, assignments, and oral presentations.
- Maintain accurate and complete records of students' progress and development.
- Collaborate with grade-level teachers, coordinators, and parents to ensure overall student growth.
- Encourage critical thinking, creativity, and effective communication among students.
- Participate in school events, staff meetings, and professional development programs.
- Manage classroom behavior and ensure discipline in alignment with school policies.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in English or a related field (Masters preferred).B.Ed. (Mandatory).Minimum 2–4 years of relevant teaching experience at the middle or secondary level.Strong command over spoken and written English.Familiarity with modern teaching techniques and digital tools.Passionate about teaching and working with young learners.Excellent classroom management and interpersonal skills.Skills Required
