Key Responsibilities :

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process — from understanding hiring needs to onboarding.
• Source and attract top talent across creative, digital, strategy, client servicing, and production roles.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through various sourcing channels (, job portals, referrals, social media, etc.).
• Coordinate and conduct screening interviews , schedule rounds with hiring managers, and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
• Collaborate closely with department heads to understand role requirements and align hiring strategies.
• Maintain and update recruitment reports, dashboards, and databases.
