About the Role
We are seeking a results-oriented and experienced Student Recruitment Manager to drive student engagement and enrollment growth across Western India for countries like the UK, US, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, etc
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in international education & Student recruitment —along with strong market insights and connections in Western India. This strategic role requires a proactive professional skilled in building pipelines, managing B2B agent networks , executing B2C student recruitment initiatives , enhancing institutional visibility, and supporting students from inquiry through enrollment, while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and ethical recruitment practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement market-specific recruitment strategies to increase student enrollment from Western India.
- Identify, onboard, and manage B2B recruitment agents to expand the institution’s reach and market presence.
- Execute B2C recruitment initiatives , engaging directly with prospective students through digital campaigns, webinars, school visits, and other outreach channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, counsellors, schools, and prospective students across Western India.
- Represent the institution at education fairs, webinars, school visits, and virtual events .
- Collaborate closely with admissions, marketing, and conversion teams to optimize the student journey and improve conversion rates.
- Analyze and report on market trends, agent and student performance, and recruitment metrics to support strategic planning.
- Provide personalized advising to students and parents on programs, admissions, and visa processes.
- Ensure adherence to ethical recruitment standards and institutional policies.
Qualifications and Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in international student recruitment, from Western India to the rest of the world.Demonstrated success in building and managing B2B agent networks and executing B2C student recruitment strategies .Strong understanding of the Higher education system and international student expectations.Proven ability to meet and exceed recruitment targets in a competitive market.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and remotely , with occasional travel across Western India.Bachelor’s degree required;a Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an asset.
