Channel Partner Consultants – Software
Job Description
We are looking for a seasoned Channel Partner Consultants for West region of India to drive the expansion of our software partner ecosystem across India, with a strong emphasis on mid-market channels, Tier 2 / 3 markets, and locally trusted software resellers. The ideal candidate must bring deep experience in Indian software sales, channel development, and regional partner management.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and execute nationwide partner acquisition strategies with focus on system integrators, software dealers, distributors, and CA / tax consultant networks.
- Develop structured, tiered partner programs with incentives aligned to mid-market software needs.
- Strengthen relationships with senior leaders at partner organizations and lead performance reviews and joint business planning.
- Expand partner reach in Tier 2 / 3 cities, especially across Western India, through reseller, dealer, and CA-based referral models.
- Train partners on cost-effective software solutions tailored to SME workflows and regional business practices.
- Support partners in deal management, implementation coordination, and local-language enablement.
- Identify new mid-market opportunities using partner insights and market research.
Mandatory Qualifications
8–12 years’ experience in Indian software channel development.Proven success selling or scaling local software such as Tally, Marg, Busy, Focus, Miracle , etc.Strong track record building mid-market partner ecosystems generating $2–5M annual revenue.Deep understanding of SME buying behavior, price-sensitive markets, and software in the ?50K–?5L range.Experience expanding partner networks in Tier 2 / 3 cities
