The Audience Developer plays a pivotal role in driving organic growth and engagement across social media platforms for production houses and entertainment clients . This position is ideal for someone who not only understands digital audience engagement and platform dynamics but also has a genuine passion for cinema and content creation .

You’ll be responsible for building and executing strategies, content plans, and promotional campaigns for films, creators, and entertainment projects. The role also involves close collaboration with production teams during pre-production and post-production phases to ensure content is optimized for audience reach and impact.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities (KRAs)

• Drive audience growth, engagement, and retention across social media pages and YouTube channels for assigned clients.
• Ensure high-quality and wide-reaching content, including posts, interviews, teasers, trailers, BTS videos, and live sessions.
• Develop integrated content plans that connect pre-production and post-production deliverables with the overall digital strategy.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand creative needs and promotional objectives.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to enhance clients’ digital presence and engagement.
• Strategize and execute campaigns around film launches, entertainment projects, and digital content.
• Coordinate with creative, design, and production teams for posters, trailers, and promotional assets.
• Support post-production teams to align deliverables for digital campaigns and promotions.
• Ensure proper asset management , including digital rights and piracy prevention .
• Research current trends and best practices in digital and entertainment marketing to refine strategies.
• Track performance metrics, analyze audience insights, and implement improvements.
• Moderate social media interactions and maintain a positive brand image across all platforms.
