Product Analyst

You will transform data into powerful insights that drive user growth, retention, and product innovation. We're looking for a data-savvy problem-solver who can uncover trends, run experiments, and guide product decisions with sharp analysis.

What You'll Be Doing :

Analyze user behavior across platforms to identify patterns, drop-offs, and opportunities.

Design, run, and interpret A / B tests to validate product changes.

Build real-time dashboards and periodic reports to track KPIs and business health.

Partner with product managers to influence roadmaps with data-driven recommendations.

Dive deep into datasets using SQL, Excel, PowerBI, GA4, and Mixpanel to generate actionable insights.

What You Bring :

3 - 5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably with product or growth teams.

Strong command of SQL; hands-on with dashboards and data visualization tools.

Ability to turn complex data into clear, concise stories for stakeholders.

A curious mindset with strong attention to detail and a bias for action.

Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where priorities evolve quickly.

Exceptional problem solving skills based on first principles thinking

Ability to clearly and effectively communicate the results of complex analyses and synthesize complex data into actionable goals

Bonus Points :

Advanced SQL expertise; extensive hands-on experience with Tableau

Familiarity with big data tech stack e.g. Hadoop, Redshift

Experience working in a tech-led consumer product company
