Exceeding regional targets (NB, renewal, STP, digitization, product mix and other assigned targets)Interact with the Bank Regional Officer and his / her team to ensure alignment towards Tata AIA in life insuranceEngage with customers to explain the products and promote the brandEnsure team is focused on Sales and support to all branches assigned.Drive local contests and sales events / programsKeep track of all contests and initiatives launched – bank, other insurers and Tata AIA LifeMaintain a strong relationship with bank Regional Officers / Heads and Bank Branch manager and SPs - interact with them regularly to assess business status. Assign target to each Area Manager at a branch level – New Business, renewal, STP, resolutions, special projects / initiatives undertaken, product mix.Ensure team is hands on with each branch and maintains a high engagement level with each memberTeam development and trainingRetention of high performing talentTracking Competition and Keeping National Head updated about on–ground activities by Bank and competitorsCustomer service
Ensure adequate customer service – grievance redressal, claim settlement, renewal etc.Ensure agreed Policy Issuance TATs are maintained by liaising with Ops & Underwriting teams.MIS & Reporting
Analyze data cuts on Business Performance , share the findings with the National Head and develop strategy to fill gapsRisk
Participate in risk mitigation plans, contingency planning, business continuity programs by executing and reporting within defined timelines. Highlight and recommend process gaps, flaws and process changes.E Skills Required

Experience
Should have at least 8-12 years’ experience of sales with at least 4-5 years’ experience in leading teams.
