Role Description

Seeking a qualified and dedicated Executive Assistant to work both off-site and on-site based in Mumbai.

The candidate will be assisting Executive Level Management with various tasks including Logistics, Scheduling, Research, as well as other tasks on a project-by-project basis.

Candidate will report to US-based team remotely on a daily basis and in-person from time to time when the team is in Mumbai.

Qualifications

• Skills in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance
• Experience with creating and managing Expense Reports
• Experience in general detailed online research
• Strong Executive Support skills
• Excellent Communication skills (English and Hindi fluency required both in written and oral communications)
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is a plus
• 3+ years previous experience in a similar role is required
