Job descriptionContent Creation : Develop and oversee the production of engaging marketing Event Coordination : Plan and execute industry events, webinars, and conferences from conception through to completion, ensuring they meet our strategic objectives and brand standards. Lead Generation : Utilize inbound and outbound marketing strategies to generate and nurture leads, enhancing the sales pipeline and contributing to revenue growth. Market Research : Conduct ongoing market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and adjust marketing strategies accordingly. Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with the sales, product, and BU leaders to create cohesive and integrated marketing strategies. Analytics and Reporting : Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, assessing against goals (ROI and KPIs) to optimize future marketing strategies. Social Media Management : Develop and implement strategies for growing follower base and enhancing engagement on various social media platforms tailored for a B2B audience. Any Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. Minimum of 6 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record in a B2B environment, preferably in the IT or technology sector. Strong understanding of current marketing tools and strategies, and able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills. Creative thinker with data-driven analytical aptitude. Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools. Strong team player with the ability to work across multiple functions and disciplines.
