Days : Monday - Saturday
Timings : 10 : 30am - 7 : 30pm
Budget : 50 to 80k (depending on experience)

About the Role : We are looking for a Store Manager - Sales who understands the world of luxury jewelry and knows how to create an exceptional in-store experience. The ideal candidate has experience with renowned jewelry brands, a deep knowledge of fine jewelry, gemstones, and craftsmanship, and the ability to engage HNI and UHNI clients with refined communication and personalized service. This role requires a strong sales acumen, storytelling ability, and relationship-building skills to curate meaningful client experiences while upholding the exclusivity of Shobha Shringar.
Key Responsibilities :
Client Experience & Sales Excellence
Provide a personalized, high-end shopping experience, ensuring clients feel valued and understood.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering expert guidance on fine jewelry selections.
Educate customers on gemstones, craftsmanship, and the artistry behind each piece.
Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets, maximizing revenue while upholding brand integrity.
Brand Representation & Store Operations
Embody the elegance of Shobha Shringar through impeccable grooming, etiquette, and product knowledge.
Assist in merchandising and visual presentation, ensuring the store reflects luxury and sophistication.
Handle client inquiries, appointments, and bespoke orders with professionalism and discretion.
Support in-store events and private client appointments, curating seamless luxury experiences.
Clientele & Relationship Building
Develop a network of loyal customers through follow-ups, invitations, and exclusive previews.
Leverage CRM tools to track client preferences and offer tailored recommendations.
Stay updated on luxury market trends, competitive brands, and evolving customer preferences.
What We Are Looking For :
Experience : 4-8 years in fine jewelry or luxury retail sales, preferably with a renowned brand.
Education : A strong academic background in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Strong Communication & Customer-Centric : Ability to engage with high-end clients, build lasting relationships, and deliver exceptional service.
Sales Expertise & Product Knowledge : Proven track record in achieving sales targets, with extensive knowledge of luxury jewelry to guide customers effectively.
Leadership & Positive Attitude : Ability to lead a team with an energetic, approachable, and enthusiastic demeanor, ensuring a high standard of customer experience.
