Performance Marketer

We’re Hiring : Performance Marketer (E-commerce)

Remote | Full-time | 2–3 Years Minimum Experience

We’re on the lookout for a performance marketer who’s more than just a campaign optimizer.

At Bluvo Digital, we work closely with fast-growing e-commerce brands that expect results, not just reports. We’re not here to play the volume game. Every account we manage is treated with focus, ownership, and strategic depth.

That’s why we’re hiring someone who can think critically, move fast, and take full ownership of client growth.

What You’ll Be Responsible For :

• Planning, launching, and scaling high-performance campaigns on Meta & Google Ads
• Analysing funnel drop-offs , audience signals , and creative hooks — not just tweaking CPC
• Leading day-to-day optimisation with a long-term growth mindset
• Collaborating with internal designers & founders to test creatives and landing page angles
• Proactively suggesting experiments based on data (and having the logic to back them up)
