5 to 8 years experience in information technology Business Analysis Data Coverage analysis and Identify data gaps understanding of product and channel hierarchies data transformation and aggregations Strong functional and technical knowledge on Retail Industry SalesOnlineOffline CRM Good understanding of ETL SQl Server and BI tools An ability to align influence stakeholders and build working relationships A confident and articulate communicator capable of inspiring strong collaboration Good knowledge of IT systems and processes Strong analytical problem solving and project management skills Attention to detail and complex processes Business engagement and stakeholder management Partner with business team to identify needs and analytics opportunities Supervise and guide vendor partners to develop and maintain a data warehouse platform and BI reporting Work with management to prioritize business and information needs Mining data from sources then reorganizing the data in target format Performing data analyses between LOreal database and from business requirements Interpret data analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports Find out the mapping and gaps Provide transformation logic Research and verify the logic and relationship between dataset and KPIs Filter and clean data by reviewing reports and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems
