About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Manager / Lead PM Product to lead product strategy and development of CDP (Customer Data Platform). You will drive our product vision for Customer Data Platform (CDP). As a senior leader you will champion collaboration and influence cross-functional teams to deliver customer centric solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

• CDP Roadmap & Vision : Define and execute the product vision strategy and roadmap for our CDP aligned to company goals and customer needs.
• Stakeholder Alignment : Partner with Engineering Data Science Sales Customer Success and external partners to ensure alignment and effective delivery.
• Voice of the Customer : Deeply understand user personas (dealers / OEMs) pain points data workflows and market trends to inform product decisions.
• Product Design & Requirements : Translate market / user insights into clear product requirements user stories and acceptance criteria for development teams.
• Data Governance & Compliance : Ensure CDP meets security privacy and regulatory (e.g. GDPR CCPA) requirements.
• Performance Measurement : Define KPIs monitor adoption and iterate to deliver measurable business and customer value.
• Go-to-Market : Collaborate in launch enablement and success of new features with Marketing Sales and Support.
• Team Leadership : Mentor and guide associate / junior product managers.
