The Role

We’re looking for a sharp, proactive, and dependable Executive Assistant who can turn ideas into action and ensure that nothing slips through the cracks.

You’ll work directly with the founders and senior management — managing schedules, meetings, communication, and execution across departments.

If you’re someone who loves structure, coordination, and precision — this role is your runway.

What We Are Looking For

• 2–4 years of experience as an EA / Coordinator / Admin / Operations Executive
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English, Hindi & Gujarati
• Highly organized — can manage meetings, calendars, and follow-ups with accuracy
• Strong sense of confidentiality, ownership, and accountability
• Ability to coordinate between teams (Sales, Marketing, Branding, Admin)

Experience in real estate, corporate office, or senior executive support is a plus.
