Job description

Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Android Developer with 24 years of hands-on experience in building high-quality Android applications. The ideal candidate should have strong proficiency in Kotlin / Java experience with Android SDK and a good understanding of modern mobile app architecture and best practices.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design and build advanced applications for the Android platform.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features.
  • Work with external data sources and APIs (RESTful / GraphQL).
  • Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications.
  • Identify and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks.
  • Maintain code quality and follow best practices including version control (Git).
  • Participate in code reviews testing and deployment processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field.
  • 24 years of Android development experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Kotlin and / or Java.
  • Good understanding of Android SDK Android Jetpack components and Material Design.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs JSON and third-party libraries.
  • Familiarity with MVVM / MVP architectures and dependency injection frameworks (e.g. Hilt Dagger).
  • Basic understanding of Unit Testing and UI Testing (JUnit Espresso).
  • Knowledge of version control systems (Git / GitHub / GitLab).

    • Good to Have :

  • Experience with Jetpack Compose.
  • Knowledge of Firebase Google Play Console and app release process.
  • Familiarity with CI / CD pipelines.
