Job Title : Account Manager – Mphasis Client (US IT Staffing)

Location : Madhapur, Hyderabad (Onsite)

Work Hours : 9 : 00 AM EST – 5 : 00 PM EST (Night Shift)

Days : Monday to Friday

Experience : 4 to 8 years

About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Account Manager who has prior experience managing Mphasis requirements in the US IT staffing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and strengthening client relationships, ensuring timely and quality delivery of candidates, and identifying opportunities to expand our business with Mphasis.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Act as the primary point of contact for Mphasis client managers and delivery stakeholders.
  • Build, strengthen, and expand relationships with Mphasis hiring managers across departments.
  • Understand Mphasis project needs and manage a consistent flow of high-quality job requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with Delivery Leads and Recruiting teams to ensure timely submissions and placements.
  • Review submittals for quality, accuracy, and compliance before sending to the client.
  • Track interviews, feedback, and onboarding processes for all active candidates.
  • Identify new opportunities within Mphasis to grow the account and secure recurring requirements.
  • Conduct regular meetings with internal teams to improve submission quality and client satisfaction.
  • Report weekly on delivery metrics, performance, and business growth initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience :

  • 4-8 years of experience as an Account Manager / Client Partner in US IT Staffing.
  • Proven experience managing Mphasis client requirements is mandatory.
  • Deep understanding of W2 hiring, visa types (US Citizens, GC, H1B, etc.), and compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of VMS tools, rate negotiations, and client communications.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills with proven ability to gain client trust.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple requirements and tight deadlines effectively.
