Technical Lead - Finance Solutions

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead end-to-end implementation for fintech / financial clients
• Understand client requirements and translate them into implementation roadmaps
• Build, debug, and optimize complex SQL queries (joins, CTEs, subqueries)
• Manage ETL pipelines and financial data migration processes
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams
• Oversee project delivery, ensuring accuracy, quality, and timeliness
• Maintain detailed documentation of processes, configurations, and integrations
• Handle stakeholder coordination and multi-project management
• Train clients and support user acceptance testing Criteria (Non-Negotiable) :
• 3+ years of experience in implementation or project management
• Must have worked in fintech or financial services
• Strong knowledge of fintech products, financial workflows, and integrations
• Project management experience with multi-stakeholder environments
• Hands-on SQL expertise
• Experience with ETL / data migration
• Prior work with Treasury Module
• Understanding of accounting principles and financial operations
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Excel, and PM Qualifications :
• Experience with platforms like SAP, Oracle, Anaplan, Blackline
• Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and data mapping
• PMP, CSM, or equivalent certifications
• Exposure to reconciliation, AR / AP, book closure, or reporting modules
• Agile / scrum-based project & Competencies : :
