About the Role :
We’re hiring Sports Sponsorships Sales Consultants to build and scale our sponsorship business across India. You’ll own both sides of the marketplace— supply (sports properties / IPs) and demand (brands / sponsors) —and run the full sales cycle from prospecting to servicing.
What You’ll Own (End-to-End) :
- Pipeline leadership : Build & manage the dual-sided pipeline—onboard sports properties and acquire sponsor brands.
- Full sales cycle : Prospect → qualify → pitch → proposal → negotiation → close → handoff to client servicing.
- CRM & reporting : Maintain a clean, current CRM; stage hygiene; weekly and monthly revenue forecasts.
- Account growth : Handle supply and brand accounts, drive renewals, upsell / cross-sell, and open new categories.
- Target delivery : Own monthly sponsorship revenue targets with disciplined activity & conversion metrics.
- Activation oversight : Coordinate with internal teams / vendors to ensure deliverables & on-ground fulfilment.
- Market intelligence : Track categories, competitor benchmarks, and rate cards; refine our go-to-market.

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sponsorship or B2B partnerships sales (sports, media, events, or allied).Demonstrated success closing multi-lakh sponsorship or marketing deals in India.Strong network with brand marketers and / or sports properties , and comfort with senior stakeholder conversations.Excellent prospecting , proposal building (PPT / Keynote) , negotiation , and closing skills.Fluency with sales CRMs (Zoho / HubSpot / Pipedrive), Excel / Sheets , and basic financials / ROI logic .Clear communication (written & verbal), presentation chops, and high ownership.Good to Have :
Experience selling into BFSI, Auto, FMCG, Consumer Tech, Fitness / Health, or Luxury.Understanding of sponsorship valuation, inventory mapping, and fulfilment / reporting.Event operations coordination experience (brand activations, on-ground rights).Bachelor’s degree required; MBA / PG preferred but not mandatory.KPIs You’ll Track :
